Our products are primarily 3D printed and made to order.
Due to the nature of 3D printing:
- Minor layer lines and slight cosmetic variations are normal.
- Colors may vary slightly depending on filament batches and monitor settings.
- Product photos are for reference only.
Each item is inspected before shipment to ensure quality.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We reserve the right to:
- Change prices at any time
- Correct pricing errors
- Cancel orders resulting from pricing mistakes
4. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders
- Refuse orders that violate these Terms
- Limit quantities purchased per customer

5. Payment
We accept secure payment methods available through Shopify.
Orders will not begin production until payment has been successfully received.
6. Shipping
Processing and shipping times are listed in our Shipping Policy.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- USPS
- Severe weather
- Customs processing
- Carrier disruptions
7. Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

8. Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or contain an error caused by us.
Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.
9. Intellectual Property
All product photos, logos, branding, website content, and original designs are the property of our store and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Some products may be created under commercial licenses obtained from independent 3D designers. Any trademarks, characters, or brand names belong to their respective owners.
10. Product Safety
Our products are intended for display, collecting, or light recreational use.
Unless specifically stated otherwise:
- They are not toys.
- They are not intended for children under 3 years old due to small parts that may present a choking hazard.
- Adult supervision is recommended for young children.
