Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in producing high-quality 3D printed products. Because each item is made to order, we have a strict return and refund policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Ordering the wrong color or size
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Normal variations in 3D printed products, including minor layer lines or slight color differences

All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive a defective item, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

To qualify, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping packaging.

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective and have been approved after review.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Replacements

In many cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged items at no additional cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun.

Once printing has started, orders cannot be canceled because each item is made specifically for you.
