Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in creating high-quality 3D printed products and getting them to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Most of our products are made to order.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days
  • Custom or personalized orders: 3–7 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Once your order has been printed, inspected, and packaged, it will be shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

Carrier availability may vary depending on your location.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country's customs office.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.
  • If the order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately so we can update your information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your package is:

  • Delayed, please allow additional transit time.
  • Marked as delivered but not received, contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us if you still need assistance.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number.
  3. Send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We'll work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages depending on product availability and print schedules.
